The Importance of Books: How Reading Transforms Your Life
Often, people prefer watching videos over reading books. I agree, reading is too much of an effort. In this post, I won't convince you to read books; instead, I will take a slightly different approach to explain the importance of books.

Today, we are going to talk about something infinite: books. Hold on! Why did I use the word “infinite”? If you are a consistent bookworm, you might already know the answer to this. However, for those who aren’t much of a reader or are trying to build reading as a habit, I’ll explain the reason behind using the word “infinite.”
I believe we have a really short and simple life. Most people are bound to three specific areas: city (where one lives), job or business (what one does), and family (who one loves). Our entire life revolves primarily around these areas. Because of this limited domain, our thoughts are not able to cross the boundaries of imagination. This is where books come into the picture.
When we read a fictional book, we visualize each phrase, which makes us feel like we are one of the characters inside the book, witnessing each moment. Our thoughts carry us to a new dimension. A similar experience occurs when we read self-help or non-fiction books. We are having a one-to-one session with the author, experiencing their life through their words. Isn’t it fascinating? In that very moment, your body becomes a vessel for two souls: your own and the author’s. You’re living two lives at once. While you sit in your chair, the author’s words carry you far beyond the walls around you. You’re no longer confined by anything. You’re limitless. You’re infinite.
Now that you’ve finished reading this passage, I hope you realize the importance of books.
